- A TV has been mounted on the wall in bedroom. Private TV!
- Framed photographs on the bedroom walls.
- Chairs and small tables added in the bedroom.
- Washing machine included.
- Two bathrooms are in the condo. One will be your’s.

There is usually no problem finding room to park a car on the street pretty close to the condo. There is no parking available on the condo property. There is a bike rack in the secured and heated underground parking garage.
