Updates since the video was created:
- Kitchen has been renovated with new flooring and new stainless steel appliances.
- Bedroom has one queen bed in it.
- A nice corner desk was added in the bedroom.
- A TV has been mounted on the wall in the bedroom. Private TV!
- Framed photographs on the bedroom walls.
- Chairs and two bedside nightstands were added in the bedroom for rent.

- Two bathrooms are in the condo. One will be yours.

- There is one bedroom and one bathroom on either side of the living room/kitchen
- Washing machine included.
- The bedroom for rent has a bathroom beside it. This will be your bathroom and our bathroom is on the other side of the condo. You’ll fully understand the layout after watching the walk through video above.
Parking and bike storage:
There is usually no problem finding room to park a car on the street in front of the condo. You can receive a free parking pass from the town of Banff as a resident. There is no parking available on the condo property. There is a bike rack in the locked and heated underground parking garage.
